Never mailed product. Contacted by email and phone several times - no response

I purchased two chew toys for christmas presents and never received them. I purchased them back in the summer and the website kept saying they were backlogged and shipping would be delayed. Still no chew toys after several emails and phone calls to the company. Ripped off!
