After emailing a couple of ads regarding a dob puppy i was emailed by "krina" who sent pictures of puppy and parents. After which due to distance was told puppy could be delievered (swiftway courier) was told puppy was £250 and 340 shipping. I was told to deposit in western union and had email of cert and arrival time of puppy. Then two hours later a call came that puppy need travel insurance to check email, email came and was a cert for puppy needed £810. From here i knew there was no puppy and i had just lost my money. Serval calls with "mr douglas" the customer service man ended in him teling me puppy would be in glasgow pet control for two wks racking up money while she stays and i would be billed and also after two wks i would get refund. Called consumer rights and given advice but need people to be aware as i dont want anyone and their family to endure this as could have been alot more heartache and money loss
