Bought several coats at different times from this company all were suitable. This last time, I bought two furs for a good price. However, upon arrival, one was very damaged with pock marks on the sleeve... When I attempted to get in touch with owner, he (would never take my phone calls, or give an apology)... I sent the coat back. He got nasty, and acted like an arrogant child. He still has yet to send me my check for the returned coat... He tells me not to give him business and tells me "adios"... I will contact the credit card company if I don't hear soon. However, he knows someone in the computer industry, because he is able to block negative comments about his company... Beware of webfurs.
