Web search produced Robert Hamm as seller of used furs. I was looking for a specific Size 16 mink coat. Seller emailed photos, described coat as excellent, etc.
I requested age, terms of sale, origin of coat (label, where made)... Never got info, but I didn't heed the warning with his repeated words of praise for the coat in the photos.
The coat arrived, nice condition for the money, but the size was off: it may be a petite 12-14, but never would it be a regular 16. Barely can get buttons closed (I'm a 14 & ordered one size larger to allow for winter attire); sleeves end above my wrists.
His reply to this is: "Mink coats run a little small. I thought you know that. All sales are final due to they are closeout clearance sales." Terms of sale were NOT PROVIDED until he had my PayPal payment, & the coat was already sent out.
Readers take warning, this sales man is not truthful business person, nor a knowledgeable furrier. I should have walked away from the coat when my questions went unanswered.
