Ordered chair covers on the internet. We cancelled one of the orders before submitting the order by e-mail. The entire order was sent and charged to the credit card. The company has a phone, however the message box is always full. Contact by e-mail was very frustrating, and the company refused to resolved the issue of a double charge until merchandise was returned at our expense. The contact person refused to refund their mistake, and charged a restocking fee of 20% for their mistake.
Be extremely careful with this company. A complaint was filed with the BBB. The company did refund part of the charge. The company is obligated to return all of the charge if they are at fault. I wish I had searched the internet before ordering from this company. Let this be a lesson to you, before ordering from this company, beware of their business practices. We of course will never order anything from this company due to their unfair business practices.
