I ordered products from this company back on January 31st. I still to this day have not received this package. I paid for UPS Ground shipping. When i emailed this company to track this package, Michael notified me they tried to deliver it on Saturday February 2nd and left a notice.
First of all, they sent it out a cheaper version and different from what i paid which was USPS. Our office building is closed on Saturday and it is not possible for mail to be delivered. I also asked why this is taking so long and Michael advised me they were about 3 days behind. I paid for expedited service for a reason.
I have been requesting a refund be issued to my card and they are being very uncooperative. I have tried to contact a supervisor (Paul) and he is never around. This is not very good customer service and i did not receive the product nor the service in which i requested this be shipped. I would suggest anyone that uses this company to check their orders or dont order from them at all..
