Very misleading, very veage, no real help to help you optain properties. Questionable practices in the manual dear-field, beach

They make sound so easy, but right away you realize this is almost impossible. Mr. Coad wanted me to, ask people to give me deposits for property. Also to almost be sly when dealing with real estate people.

The whole system is very shady, and would not recommend this to anybody.
