My wife and I signed up for American Dream Alliance program. We talked to a lady name Mrs Keith. She promised us 100% satisfaction guaranteed over the phone. Of course that isn't in their contract. When we saw that isn't wasn't what they said is was and wanted out we ran into a whole set of problems.
At first they tried having us put the program on hold. Then when we said that we didn't want to do that and that we wanted our money back they started ignoring us. We talked with Mr. Coad several times about getting our money back and He said that He wasn't the person to talk to about that. We asked that He have that person give us a call. That never happened.
So finally we tried to contest their charges through the credit card company and then they started to respond. We lost that dispute due to the contract that we signed. They have still not even tried to contact us and we are still out $6995.00.
I have emailed, and called with no response. Don't make the same mistake we did because losing that money is really costing us a lot. If you know of a way we can get our money back please let me know.
