I used on line service to do taxes. They give you an option to have the fees taken out of your refund. Well the IRS deposited my refund today - and guess what? I have no money. No one has a copy of the so called "terms and conditions" (I tried live chat 9 times, kicked out everytime as they were "looking for it") that allegedly tell you that H&R Block plans to hold your refund at "least" 3 days while they subtract those fees, then you will get your share. I only owe them 72.00 out of 4 grand and I can't get my money from them - they actually changed the routing number on my return to get my money, and by the time you see they did that - the return is filed and you can't get it back. I have repetedly asked for these terms and conditions, I guess they do not exist and the company just pretty much does what they want to by holding your money - totally unacceptable.
