I would like to warn all of you not to do business with Mr. Jorge Pulecio from puppygalaxy.com, I understand that I am not the only one that he has taken advantage. It is a shame that he treats people without any consideration—those of us who are animal lovers he has manipulated his way with us! Since early December I had my eye on KIKI one of the puppy bulldogs that he advertised on his webpage.
On Dec. 14 I purchased and paid in full ($1350.00) for the puppy and he kept giving me one excuse after another for not sending her to me. I feel that he played with my feelings and emotions as I really had my heart set on this puppy bulldog. He kept my hopes high as he sent me pictures of her etc... I went as far as buying the puppy all she needed and waited anxiously her arrival. Mr. Pulecio kept giving me high hopes and it was all a hoax.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! He is a con-artist! I am waiting to resolve this situation and am hoping that I will get a full refund! He does not respond to my phone calls nor emails and since then his webpage is not longer in service.
