RIPOFF Ignoring me after taking my money. NO PUPPY! Mirama, Weston

I completed payment to Jorge P. And he said another guy George was sending the Puppy to me. For 3 days they said the same thing. I have not heard anything from either one and I have no Puppy. I have called both phones. 954-636-2144 and 754-423-5995 over 50 times and no return phone calls
