I recieved a letter in the mail stating that I had won 2 million dollars but I needed to sign a certificate and send it back along with 20 dollars for some processing fee. New YorkR. O.M. - Report Office Matters Rip Off Artists! New York

I recieved a letter in the mail stating that I had won 2 million dollars but I needed to sign a certificate and send it back along with 20 dollars for some processing fee. Apparently I am not the only one thats been hit with this, the Report: #303271 had received the same letter.

Before I send the $20 I fine the report 303271 and then do nothing.

I receive the letter on jan 18 I was not rip-off.
