This company charged my credit card $109 They are a division of MemberWorks Inc which, believe it or not is listed on the NASDAQ with a symbol of MBRS. My wife remembers receiving a telemarketing call from Sears Health she declined even to talk to them. Sears Health is one of the Alises they use according to research I have done on the Internet. I have downloaded a form from the North Carolina Atty. Gen's. Office which I will fill out. One of the items to be completed is "What do I want from the company" What I want is:
1. Treble damages.
2. Compensation for my time at $50 per hour.
3. This company to be not allowed to conduct business in North Carolina.
From reading some of the accounts from paople who have been victims of this company's schemes the response from the company has been to:
1. Phone always busy
2. Hang up when a refund is demanded.
3. Receive a sales pitch for some other product.
4. Promise a refund.
No one has ever said they received a refund.
