Vonage said if thier service did not work for me (and it doesn't) they would refund my money. I have been trying to get this straightened out for weeks. Today, I look on my bank statement and not only have they NOT refunded me, but CHARGED me another 42.80!
They claim I need to return thier hardware, which I have via UPS and have proof of delivery and even the name of the person who signed for it! Then they said they would credit my account today and instead have charged it! I have spend countless hours on the phone with these people (who are NOT in the states btw) and cannot get this resolved.
I don't know what else to do. I am going to go down to the bank and file paperwork for unauthorized charges, but who knows how long that will take to get something done, if anything. This has been a total nightmare.
