Bottom Line Books persistently send invoices upon a book I have returned unopened, which I sent back more than 4 weeks ago. The way they ignore a return and keep bugging me to send money for a book I do not keep is annoying and threatening. They also purposefully omit their address and phone number so there is no way to communicate a problem or complaint to them. I only got their phone number after reading from like-complainers. Finally upon calling the concealed number, I got the operator to cancel my account and close my balance to zero. Whether or not they will continue to harass me is yet to be known.
