Do not go to this guy (Rene Ibarlucea). I spent $300 on hair extensions and they were falling out immediately and giving me headaches (they were the metal clips style). He said they don't hurt, but they hurt pulling my hair all the time. He told me over the phone to come back and he will fix it, do it over and make sure I"m happy. Then I went back and he replaced all my clips with fusion. Over the phone he did not say I'd have to pay again, just that he'd fix it so I'll be happy. Then when I got there he said it would be another $100 for labor. Those all fell out in about a week and a half.
Rene says it's my fault and that I must be doing something to make them fall out, but I am not doing anything like that. Also my sister was with me the second time and got some and the same thing happened to her.
He says he will fix them any way I want, but I don't want to keep wasting all my time and money and then they all just fall out again and again. So I asked for my money back. He refuses and says it's a $700 or $800 job and he gave it to me for $400 to be nice.
No way! I don't think people pay $700-$800 for extentions that fall out in a week. The $400 I paid is not for a single week of extentions. So I tried to compromise and say I know the hair costs money and you did labor, but I am not happy with the job at all, so I will meet you half way and take 1/2 the money I paid back. $200 for you time and supplies, and $200 for me because I paid all this money and they all fell out and sucked.
He still refuses. Save yourself and do not waste your time or money here. Plus he is not professional acting at all.
