New remote with worn numbers and broken mini blinds sold as new

I am sick and tired of going there to buy new products like my remote only to find their remotes which are supposed to be new have all the numbers worn off. The mini blinds I bought were broken. Yeah I can take it back but that is my time and money wasted.
