P.O. Box The bill has been paid, but they keep sending invoices

I'm certain the bill was paid. As a matter of fact, I think I paid it twice. Bottom Line Books must think I forgot. Or they hope I did. Not only are they sendng double bills, their soundinglike they're threatening me. What is that?
