I cancelled my subscription to Bottom Line Books when I paid for the first book that arrived at my house. Now They are sending me a bill for the next installment even though I wrote a letter making it clear that I wanted no more books. They don't want to take my cancellation, but of course would prefer to continue billing and dunning me, ad nauseum, until my will cracks and I send them another check!
