Bottom Line Publication -or-Bottom Line Books Louis Adamo Collections Manager Returned Books using U.S. Postal Service"Delivery Confirmation" Receipt

I returned the books to the original address on the envelope, and paid for "Delivery Confirmation" Receipt, however the confirmation never was returned to me, but they have no problem continuing to send me a bill of $47.94. I am not paying for books that have been sent back!!! Also the threat of turning this bill over to a nationwide licensed collection agency.
