I just went on the computer to check if our girlfriends daughter had her new picture on the computer since our son is due for his and could not find the site. It was telling me that it did not exist. I did a search and came across this complaint.
These people were very professional at first. They gave out folders with information about their company and detailed contracts. Photos of "their" children in ads throughout the offices. They even had a group of different photographers you could use. After a while I became very skeptical since our son never got called once. But our friends daughter got called once which made me think differently for a while. But, in two years of being on the site we never got one call.
We are now out $595.00 and all the sitting fees for the photos. I would also like to know if there is a way to recoup some or all of our money since we got totally ripped off.
We have a name of the person that signed us up. His name is Lee Bodenmiller.
Hopefully this name is real.
Ps: When our son was born, we received a congratulatory letter on the birth of our son and telling us to check out there web site. Where would they have gotten our info?
