I signed my daughter up with Kids.com when she was roughly 6 months old, paid the contract fee like everyone else and paid for sitting fees with photographers they picked out. For 2 years her picture was posted on their website and updated every six months as stated in the contract. They have now closed their doors due to employees/owners stealing from the company and all of these children that still had contracts for their pictures to be available online are now out. Some kids that did jobs for the company did not get paid because the company closed their doors and kep the money that should have went to the kids for the work they did.
I want my money back for breach of contract as they only fulfilled 2 years of a 5 year contract.
