In October of I was contacted by a representative of a1 marketing unlimited to sell my timeshare. I told her I had been taken by two other companies and refused to give her $699 for an up front fee. She then put her manager, Roy Lague on the phone with me. He promised his company was different than the rest and he would be my personal liason in getting this job done in 30 days.
To date, I have never heard back from them since I gave him my credit card number. I have called Roy's office at least 10 times and have never been able to get him.
30 days has gone by and I never received any offers like he promised. I want my $699 back from him.
