I also was contacted by Matt Hebb and promised they would sell my timeshare. I also was told to check out BBB. And it all looked and sounded OK. I only realized I was scammed when a couple of days ago, another guy called me promising to sell my timeshare. He gave me his sales pitch and then e-mailed me a copy of their contract. When I looked at the address, it sounded similar to the ut marketing address. I looked up my contract and sure enough, this new guy was using the same address as ut marketing. Thats when I started making phone calls and trying to reach them on their web site. Like everyone else I found the phones disconnected as well as their web site.
I have called my credit card co to see if anything can be done but am not holding my breath. As for the latest guy trying to get my money, the name he gave me is Marty Krigel with Executive Timeshare Marketing. They are useing the same mailing address and promising all the same things. I can only say Beware if you hear from this guy or his company.
