I ordered $40 of DVDs from Naxpmedia on Dec. 5 for Christmas. I checked the status of my order and it was marked as "shipped" on Dec. 10. I waited and waited. On Dec. 18 I checked the status again and it was listed as "re-shipped" on Dec. 18 with a UPS tracking number.
I began tracking the package through UPS. Christmas got closer and closer, and day after day, the status on UPS.com said "Billing information received." Today is December 27. I still have no DVDs, no refund, and nothing but disgust for this company.
Throughout this venture I have called their 800# several times, only to realize that no one EVER answers it. When you call, you are given 4 options, 3 of which send you to an automated voice stating "No one is available to take your call. Please hang up and call another time." Then your call is disconnected. 1 option, pressing #3, sends you to a voicemail recording for the marketing department and you may leave a message... On deaf ears. I have emailed the company several times, politely requesting info on the status of the situation.
Naxpmedia has responded once, giving me some line of bull. They said, they work out of Miami, but all their products are shipped from Hawaii. What sense does that make? Irregardless, Hawaii is a functioning state just like any other, so why hasn't UPS received a package from them to ship to me? BECAUSE THEY ARE A RIP-OFF!!! Complete f*ing ripoff! I hope someone else reads this before they are scammed like me, and many others were.
