Basically I was falslely accused of vadalizing the store's bathroom and I was banned from the store, but no cops were called and I didn't get anything in writing

I was in this store one day to sell some of my movies. They held my movies up front while they tried to figure out how much they were gonna give me, I continued to look around the store.

I had to use the restroom while I was waiting so I asked them where it was and they said that it was in the back of the store. They called my name on the intercom announcing that they had an offer for my movies.

I changed my direction from going to the restroom to going back up front to see what the offer was. The Manager and another employee was coming from the back when they told me to stop. They said that they were banning me for tagging the bathroom. I had no idea what that word meant so I asked them. They said that it meant that I had sprayed grafiti on the bathroom walls. I told them that I had never used their bathroom even once, nor did I spray grafiti on their bathroom walls. They said that it was me because I was asking for books on the lucifer character and that name was on the bathroom walls. I told them that that wasn't proof that I commited any crime and that this country allows people to read what they want without being prosecuted for what they read. They said that they weren't going to argue with me and that they knew that I did it since I was the only customer interested in the lucifer character. They proceeded to escort me from the store and said that I was banned from the store.

They never called the cops because I didn't commit the crime. I didn't even see the bathroom so as far as I know they could have been making the whole thing up. If they suspected that I had vandalized the bathroom then they would have called the cops. But they didn't. This was months ago. I tried going back to the store months later but all the employees said that I was banned and that if I didn't leave they was going to call the cops. I said that it wasn't right and that I had commited no crime. They repeated that they were going to call the cops if I didn't leave. I feel as if I have been discriminated against.in this country, a person if supposed to be proven guilty in a court of law or they are innocent. What this store did to me was a violation of my civil rights.
