I joined in Sept for 3 months. I went on one date with a match. Some of the matches were ok, some were bad. However, they kept sending emails. Fine, I deleted them. Two days ago, I rejoined for 3 months, why, I dont know. I found their phone number on their website and gave them a call. I spoke to Michelle, she said I should extend the area to 60 miles. Please, that would include the tri state area, I dont think so. I told her since I just joined, I want to cancel and get a refund. She said she'd extend my membership by a month for free. I said no thanks. She said, well, we DONT GIVE REFUNDS. I told her I just rejoined 2 days ago, TOO BAD was the reply. Then, she wouldnt even give me the free month. All she could do was turn off the auto renew—big deal.
When you go on their website for help, it tells you to email them for a refund. What a joke, they dont give refunds. I emailed them and told them so too, and I want the free month. However, now that I see all the other unhappy people out there, I think Im going to contact them again and let them know that I am insisting on a refund. If not, I will contact the Better Business Bureau.
