I placed a large order, valued at $200, on 12/4/07. As of 12/26 I have still not received this package. My credit card was charged almost immediately, however, my ordered did not leave their shipping warehouse until 12/11.
I have communicated with Young Explorers several times to inquire the whereabouts of this shippment and it is clear to me at this time that if I don't continue to pursue this I will not receive my order and they will continue to keep my money. This was a complete dissapointment and handled badly by Young Explorers. I will not order from them again and advise all others not to use them.
