How can I get a reactivation fee removed from my
account when those at Cricket's Customer Service
Center won't help.
They posted a 'reactivation fee' to my account when
they received and posted payment to my account three
days in advance. Once I have proven my point on this
they then recall it a 'late payment fee' due to me not
paying in full because I refused to pay a
'reactiviation fee' from a previous month. Then they
claim that they did me a favor by waiving this
previous 'reactivation fee' only to turn around and
state that my full payment was late which is why they
had to charge me another!
Cricket likes to bemuse their customers by changing
around the terminology to best suit their needs. It
doesn't cost $15.00 to reactivate a phone people; it
simply takes a push of a button on their keyboard.
