90 day cash out

I bought a X-box 360 on a 90 day cash out. It broke after 3 months. Took it back. They sent it out to be repaired, got it back. It broke again. Because it was paid for was told to call Microsoft. Microsoft would not help cause that was not the box that i bought. The box is still being repaired.
