These guys suck.
They took almost a full year (50 weeks) to give me an answer to my claim, and now they will not pay the corret amount for damage they did during moving, even though I took higher-than-usual damage insurance.
They say they wont pay in full for my damaged CD case b/c it screws into pressboard.
