I ordered a super mini ear for 9.95 i sent a check for 13.90 including shipping they cashed the check 8-21-02 and i haven't received the goods ripoff deceptive company

I ordered a super mini ear 8/12/02 they cashed the check on 8/21/02.

I still havent recieved the mini ear. I have tried to call
many times the number is always busy.
