Ripoff, cashed check and haven't received products like so many others on this site

I ordered two ClearVue Super Booster Indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antennas from JD Marvel Products Inc. On July 7th. The check was cashed on July 17th.

I have still not received them on September 6th.
