Bill Dunn gave me a plan to prepare and install a patio to be made of pavers and concrete and took thousands of dollars for the job from me but committed fraud and refused to complete the job. He also excavated my rear yard and left it in a significant state of disrepair. Moreover, I have had two other contractors to my home to try to fix Bill Dunn's "mess" in my yard and they have both stated that he does not know what he is doing as a contractor and that he has caused property damage that was unnecessary.
I also know that he misrepresents his company to others who seek to hire him for a construction job. There is no company but only "Bill Dunn" and the individuals who he is able to get to help him. He has no insurance and no collateral to provide protection if something goes wrong with the construction project. He also bids very, very high for projects and has no permanent address if you need to pursue him.
