I have tried to cancel my ONLINGO because I can no longer afford it. There is NO place on the website to contact customer service, nor is there a customer site that I can find to get help with the matter.
I have sent two letters and have received no response from ONLINGO, and I was charged $124 yet again this month, and received the tapes for Spanish and German...
I wish there was a class action suit against them. I'm afraid I'm going to have to change my checking account number to get rid of them.
