My 13 year old son and I bought a PS2 game "Armored Core 3". When we got home we opened the game (removed the clear sealed plastic and the package seal sticker). There was nothing inside. No disk, No instruction book, nothing at all. We returned to the store within 30 minutes of our purchase and asked to exchange it for one that had something in it. First, we were dealing with a clerk who could not settle the matter. He had to get someone in floor management, who for lack of better words, said he could not determine what was wrong, said they where not going to help us and gave me an 800 number (800-369-5050) to call his corporate office on Monday. Well i'm pissed now... He pretty much said between the lines I was lying and that was it... So i figured I'll just call my credit card company and dispute the charges... Right... Chase MasterCard... No help there. They told me if it was authorized it was paid... Well paid that card off and closed that account just before I wrote this. That I guess, is my next letter here. With all that said, it's Saturday. I'm going to relax the rest of my weekend so I can be ready to dump on "Worst Buy" Corporate office Monday AM.
