I ordered the free trial of extenze and then immediately called to tell them I did not want to recieve any other products from them (I did this since it said in small letters that ordering the free trial would enroll you in a membership which entailed being charged $50 every month for 30 day supplies of extenze. To cancel this you would need to call them).
The lady I spoke with confirmed that my membership was cancelled. A few weeks later I noticed $50 was deducted from my bank acct. The name used to deduct the $50 was Sweet Extenze.
I then called the company again to ask why I had been charged after I had canceled and the lady told me a customer service rep would call me later that day to issue a refund. I never recieved that call and called again the next day. Another lady told me that she would put this under priority and have a rep call me. Once again I never recieved a phone call.
I then tried emailing them at [email protected] but it was returned to me saying their email was full.
So again I called the 888 number and spoke with a male this time and urged to speak with a manager but the guy said no one was available however he would have someone call me. Yet again I received the run around from this company.
No one has called so consumers beware of this company!!!
