I responded to an e-mail from biotab (entenze) for a free 1 week supply with no other obligations (i only had to pay for shipping). I paid w / my debit card & before i even received my order, i noticed a charge for $49.41 was scheduled to be taken out of my account - i immediately called the customer service number & was told that charge would drop off in a few days - which of course it didn't! I sent an email w / no luck & called customer service again when another $49.41 charge showed up on my account! They said this 2nd shipment was on its way & i couldn't get my money back until it was returned - i still haven't been credited from the 1st shipment i returned! This company is full of nothing but liars & scam artists!!!
