On Friday, November 30, I approached Fairview Flower Shop by telephone to put an order for several floral arrangements: one coffin address and two standing sprays. These preparations were to become sent to A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Property for my grandmother’s memorial company happening on Sunday, December 2. Elizabeth Stewart (who owns the store) guaranteed the preparations could be excellent, that we respected. About the day of the memorial assistance, I observed several blossoms in another of the position sprays were wilted. The coffin address and also the additional position spray were good. Additional floral arrangements sitting alongside the wilted position spray were good.
On Monday, December 3, I talked with Ms. Stewart within the telephone and indicated my frustration within the one wilted position spray.
