I need advice with respect to publishing information and warning others about a breeder that is not reputable. Essentially I purchased a Great Dane puppy from a breeder and I paid the full amount of $1500. I subsequently brought my wife back to pick out the puppy that she wanted. The puppy we wanted we could not have. The breeder promised us a refund, but failed to deliver. Essentially we paid $1500, and never got our puppy or never got our money back.
I did file a complaint with small claims, with the result was that the court found the breeder at fault for failure to deliver our money or the puppy. The breeders were required to pay back the full $1500 plus interest, court costs, and travel and expenses.
The breeder was served with a corresponding judgment entry.
The breeder has failed to honor the judgment entry and pay the money. I would like to warn others about this breeder accordingly and I would like to know the right vehicle to maximize their exposure so future customers do not even consider doing business with this breeder.
I look forward to your help in helping advise the best marketing campaign to warn others about this breeder and the tactics they use in terms of selling Great Dane puppies.
I am a filing this report deliberately to warn others before they make the same mistake I did and end up with a nightmare dealing with this breeder.
