I purchased a solid white female Shih Tzu puppy from this breeder and the puppy is DEAF This breeder knew full well I bought this puppy to breed and why I paid so much for her. She was confirmed deaf thru a BAER test at the University of Cincinnati. This breeder refuses to answer my calls or emails. Should have suspected something was up with her when she missed the first flight and made me drive 2 hours round trip to get a puppy at 10:00 PM at night and the puppy was not on the flight. I had told her that her emails were not coming thru, they were going to my spam, yet she could not pick up a phone and call me to let me know the puppy missed flight. This woman is a crook. You cannot breed a deaf puppy. I am sueing her in small claims court, but wanted others to be aware.
