Alltel has a "e-mail us" option on their web page where you are supposed tobe able to e-mail them with questions. However, when you do that they respond with a message "*YOUR QUESTION HAS NOT YET BEEN SUBMITTED*" and lists a number of URL's that are supposed to contain the answer to your question. However, my question is NOT covered in any of the nonsense they provided. So I am saying their customer support sucks and is just a bluff
