Because wal-mart of east windsor fired me about 2 months ago for a reason that I find unexcused, and for discriminating, not using open door policy, for trying to make me an unprofessional associate there, and for lying to me, and also accusing other people I have decided to sue the east windsor wal-mart.
By them firing me as well and for discriminating my family and i and not using this open door policy thing, plus for advertising the learning disability program and management not able to follow up with that and for offending other people I have decided to press charges against the store as well.
My lawyer and I have filed a lawsuit against wal-mart already for this.
Plus I'm also charging them for the stress they have caused me that resulted me to loose hearing out of my left ear because during the time they suspended me while investigating i had a very very bad ear infection and my doctor told me not to take any stress from wal-mart and never listen to wal-mart if they decide to fire me. Well they decided to fire me and wal-mart failed to let me follow my doctors lead and thanks to wal-mart I had to go to the ear doctor last week to get a hearing checkup to see what was going on with my left ear that it was making so much noises in it. And they said I had a very bad hearing loss. Hard it is for these doctors. Because they checked this result and at that time thats what came to my decision to sue the store. Because they made me loose hearing due to stress. They have no right to fire an associate when that associate has a hearing problem. If they tell me thats not their problem then walmart is wrong for that. It is wal-marts problem and always will be. So now they are in alot of trouble for this. Especially for putting up a stupid policy that says that we have to be fired for hugging people around the store. Who fires someone over that? No one. Firing someone over that reason is illegal. Wal-mart can face loosing their business if they continue to be this way. Seriously this store has issues. And they better be straightened up or I'm going to advice everyone not to work there. Sooner or later no one will work there. But as of now Wal-mart is being charged for doing this. I have decided to sue the east windsor wal-mart store in court and I have decided while i'm at it I have decided to press charges against them for doing this to me. And for offending others that have reported walmart on websites as well. Plus other reasons. For lying to my friend Blake about why he hasn't gotten up to becoming a manager of the store, and for what others have against wal-mart, plus for firing my friend christina and thanks to the idiot that fired her there she wound up crying in public and it upset me seeing it upset her. I care about her very much and I am very angry at wal-mart for doing this to her too as well. Plus the assistant managers have been lying about me inorder to get me fired for a while. Those guys need to be fired for doing that. Well just thought i'd run this to the wal-mart of east windsor store letting them know because they fired me for a reason they think is excusable when it's not, and for doing that to me while I had a bad ear infection and thanks to them it got worst because i was under stress. And also not to mention i'm not doing well in school because of Wal-Mart as of now, and for discriminating my family, and i, for also making promisses that turned out to be a lie, especially when it came to my friend blake they lied to him, and plus for making a stupid policy up, and for the rest of the above that i just mentioned both my lawyer and I have decided to sue the east windsor walmart store and press charges against the east windsor walmart store as well in court.
