Placed my order for dress, said they could ship with 2 days, then changed it to three weeks, I cancelled order with in a few days, then they changed ship date to wo weeks, I said no, cancel order, they said had already shipped, I said I would send it back.
I have been trying since July to get a refund, some days they answer email, some days they don't, I get a Yahoo auto response. I coorespond with a Lisa, who can't type good English, probably illegal aliens. She tells me they will refund, this was October, I gave them until after Thanksgiving to refund and they didn't, now they won't answer emails. I have contacted Postmaster in Pickerington, Oh to see what I can do. I do have a PO Box.
I have called phone # and I get no answer.
