Sent me wrong medication, then would not refund Internet

They sent me the wrong medication.By the time I realized that I had the wrong medication, I had already opened the box. They took a couple of weeks to answer my email. Will not refund because I had opened the box. So I'm out $50. Won't be shopping there again.
