This company is beyond uneducated!!! You have Ivan Ramos (the owner), He is very unprofessional and so self sured of himself. Morayma Ramos (his wife) does whetever Ivan tells her to do and does'nt have a mind of her own, I am convinced they have no class. There office is literally a circus of unorganization. They are constantly losing orders... And of course making up lies for their mistakes. They pay their employees with a 1099, when they should be getting a W-2. They claim to their customers they are number 1... Truth be told that is a lie! Lien searches can be done much quicker but they make up lies and fake prices for the searches.
They refused to take care of one of their customers... When an error was found in the search they provided. They claim to have all sorts of departments when in fact its his wife pretending to have these numerous departments! They CLAIM to offer a high class service, when they are constantly backed up with orders and refuse to hire more people. These are penny pincher and they hire people that don't speak english... Just to take advantage of their situation.
I am an insider and trust me this is the last company you want to work and do business with. They sometimes go under another lien search company name, for the companies that dislike One Step Lien Search. Its their lies and cheating that will shut them down. Karma goes around. And the truth of this company will come out. Disobeying laws... Will always catch up! I can't wait to quit this horrible so called job!
