Ripoff false promises

I was surprised after reading the reports here how many others have been victimized by UPS. I ordered my father a tool set from Sears Jan. Of 2002. UPS admitted to delivering it to the wrong address and could never retrieve the package. They left it with a child. They did not even deliver it on the correct street or within the correct zip code. They called me at least 10 times and I explained the same story (wasting my time) over and over again. They even had me fax an insurance claim. Well poor old Dad is not going to get his present this year because I have never been reimbursed. I gave up because it was just tooooooo
much aggravation. I certainly know better than to choose them again.
