IJ also discovered this charge on my credit card. Since I am on line a lot, I check my credit card info at least once a week.
I called the comapny, spoke to a representative, and was told that a credit would be issued. I also received a confirmation number. We will see if it works.
My suggestions to everyone would be:
Write down the name of the person you spoke to
Make sure you note date and time you called
If they give you a confirmation number, make a note of it
Check on them. If what they promised does not happen, call back and immediately ask to speak to a supervisor.
Be persistent.
ALWAYS notify your credit card company that you are disputing the charge. If the company you are disbuting is unfriendly, let them know that you have filed a dispute, if not, keep it to yourself.
