Failure to access after paid lifetime subscription Florida

Tried to login member website web-detective.com/private/member.html won't recognize user name or password, any attempt to reach support is vicious circle of links leading nowhere and no e-mail address any attempt to reach billing
site "CLICKBANK/KEYNETICS" is useless efforts.

I paid $29.95 for lifetime use of thier website and recieved acknowledgement from clickbank w / Order # (XXXXXXXX) example #er. But unable to connect to member services. States Attny should be advised.
