I purchased a phone my activation fee was waived because i got two phone lines. Now they are charging me for the activation fee.
Also i disconected one line but the other line they say they dont have and i should contact at&t wireless that they have it.
So i did and at&t says that they dont however i continue to recieve bills from worldcom.
I just got a statement for 9-1- thru-9-30 for service which is not even right we are only on 9-17-02
and they cannot get my phone of of roaming which has been like that for almost 4 weeks because they say they dont have my contract anymore so why do they continue to bill me for service that i should not have.
But yet my phone is still activated because if you call the number you are tranferred to my voicemail. I would like to pay all my previous bills with them but not the activation fee or for service of september because i have called them to tell them i want to cancel but they have not cancelled my line. What should i do?
